Join our Autumn Equinox guided walk, shaped by opportunities to explore how to create and maintain balance during times of change

About this event

Join us at this transition point between seasons, a point of balance between light and dark, summer and winter.

Connect to self through nature and the body.

This is a point of seasonal change, as we also experience great changes and uncertainties around us.

Our day will:-

- work with the beautiful landscape of the Peak District to explore the ideas of balance and of change

- create space to connect and check in with yourself and your needs

- combine strategy and intuition

- be a space for group celebration and personal reflection and intention setting

Include:

Day-long guided walk of approximately 10km in length - beginning and ending at Grindleford Train Station

Embodied practices to connect with your inner intuition and shape your intentions for the coming months

Nature-connection practices and opportunities

Guided meditation

Time to journal with enquiry guides

Snacks will be provided. Please bring your own lunch and water.

Health and Safety:

Rowena is a qualified walk leader, holds a current DBS and a current two-day outdoor first aid qualification. She is a qualified and experienced coach and facilitator, with a trauma-informed approach.
