Winter Solstice: the shortest day and longest night.
A time to pause and to reflect
A time to dream and to vision
A time to celebrate the turn towards the sun returning
What will the day look like:
Space for you to pause, to breathe, to nourish
Space for individual reflection and for shared connection
Celebration around the fire, including sharing of food
Embodied practices to bring together mind, body and the natural world
An intimate group limited to 12 participants
Our sessions:
A walk of the senses, connecting to nature and to the season
A celebration of the elements and of life - gathered around the fire - inviting each in and bringing light into the darkness
A creative activity, using natural resources, to represent the shift in season and our place in it
A guided somatic experience, connecting with our visions and dreams for coming months, followed by an opportunity to share
What's included:
Beautiful sheltered, private space within a woodland setting, on the edge of the Peak District
Four facilitated sessions, punctuated by lunch and a morning and afternoon break
