Staying connected to yourself during busy times (a.k.a. working with your nervous system to not lose your sh*t)

We're busy. The world is busy. We can become disconnected. We can become dysregulated and feel overwhelmed.

With the high energy of summer coming to an end and the new school year beginning, this workshop is designed to provide you with tools to help you stay connected to yourself during busy times.

You'll leave with tactics to apply anywhere, anytime - not requiring you to take an hour or more out of your day to practice (though this is very valuable as well!).

We will:

- grow awareness of our own signals of being dysregulated (and what that means, if that's newer to you)

- grow our knowledge of what our nervous systems need for regulation

- practice simple, effective tools for connecting back with yourself and regulating yourself

- work from a place of acknowledging the demands of modern life, not problematising or blaming the individual for experiencing whatever they do

Leave with powerful, effective practices to support you through the busyness of summer, and beyond

(if this work is familiar to you, you may know Deb Dana's teachings, which will be informing this workshop, amongst others)

Spaces limited to 12 participants

There are two ticket prices. If both feel out of reach and you need this, contact me
